3 jailed in Kansas after juvenile attempts alleged prank

FINNEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three individuals for their involvement in an alleged aggravated assault.

On March 24, police were dispatched to J&J Mobile Mechanic, 917 Herald Avenue in Garden City for a possible aggravated assault, according to a media release.

The investigation revealed that four juveniles attempted to pull a prank on an employee. After the prank, the employee and two other staff allegedly confronted the juveniles with firearms, took them into the business and held them at gunpoint.

The employees also allegedly took personal belongings of the juveniles and made several threats before letting them go. Through further investigation Jazmin Loya, 25,  Jesus Loya, 24 and Jose Bricullett, 24, all of Garden City were identified as suspects.

On  March 25, Jazmin Loya and Bricullett were arrested and booked into the Finney County Jail on requested charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Criminal Threat, and Aggravated Battery.

On Tuesday, Jesus Loya was arrested and booked into the Finney County Jail on requested charges  Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Criminal Threat, Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Intimidation of a Witness or Victim.

There were no injuries from the incident, according to police.
