St Joseph has received a $14 million loan for wastewater improvements from the state’s Natural Resources Department. The $14.66 million low interest loan announced Monday is for the combined sewer overflow long term control plan. Funding comes from the Missouri Clean Water State Revolving Fund and will help pay for roughly 5,300 feet of pipe. [...]
