Tickets On Sale For Mayors’ Thanksgiving Dinner

Second harvest logoTickets are still on sale for the 27th Annual Mayors’ Thanksgiving Dinner, sponsored by Sunshine Electronic Display Corporation.

This year’s dinner will take place on Saturday, November 23 at the Civic Arena in St. Joseph. The social hour begins at 4:00 p.m., and a traditional Thanksgiving dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m.

The Mayors’ Thanksgiving Dinner is an annual benefit for Second Harvest Community Food Bank.

It will be hosted this year by St Joseph Mayor Bill Falkner and former mayors Glenda Kelly, Larry R. Stobbs, David J. Jones and Ken Shearin.

Even though the Mayors’ Dinner is hosted by the St. Joseph mayors, the event is meant to honor our entire region. To honor this idea, sponsorship proceeds can be allotted to pantries throughout our 19 county service area.

Entertainment will feature the 101 voices and faces of Brinnon & Marks, a clean customized musical comedy Branson/Vegas style act. Their act includes a mix of impersonations, audience participation and various skits.
