Wrecker Driver Charged With Stealing Vehicles
A tow truck driver is accused of stealing vehicles that had broken down in St. Louis County.
Leonard Ingram is accused of stealing a vehicle that broke down along I-70 near Maryland Heights, and another broken-down vehicle near I-270 and Lewis and Clark Boulevard, though the date of that theft was not released.
He is also charged with attempted vehicle theft for a third incident in October.
Ingram is jailed on $25,000 bond and does not yet have a listed attorney.
Well, if he were 19 and was stealing vibrator’s and panties from homes his bail would be 4X that – so that makes him smarter? Better?
