Power has been restored at Kansas City International Airport, after an outage shut down parts of Terminal B and forced the cancellation of some flights.

In a news release, officials said they had power issues all night, with crews from the Kansas City Aviation Department and KCPL on site. Southwest and Delta airlines are based out of the terminal, and Southwest cancelled its morning flights.

Travelers were urged to call Southwest at 800-435-9792 to rebook flights.

Delta Airlines was also dealing with delays. Delta customers can call 800-221-1212 or tweet @DeltaAssist.

The power was restored at Terminal B about 10:30 a.m.
